Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days via the link in our menu on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Our process is fully automated and completed within 5 business days.

All refunds are accepted regardless of the reason.

Refunds are issued through InstaPay, Mobile Wallets, or Telda only.

• Order Processing

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually delivered the next business day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the following business day.

• Order Checking

• You can open and check your order while the courier is outside to ensure everything is correct before they leave, and yes you can still return/exchange it even if you receive it.
